Summary

We updated the visual design of the default WP sharing buttons, including the like, reblog, reply, follow comment, and todo buttons. The goal of this project was primarily aesthetic. It’s been ~10 years since we updated the look and feel of these buttons!

My role in this project was purely the implementation side of things. The very talented Ollie Rozdarz was the designer for this project. Props to the Automattic Loop Team and Jeremy Herve for their help in reviewing things as well as Matias Ventura for spawning the idea to update these buttons.
